Cassandra and Xianghua aren't not too bad.

As for Amy, not too surprising considering her story. It fits fairly well. And her dad rocks

Setsuka, fairly reasonable, proper kimonos aren't exactly the best garb to fight in. Personally, she looks way better than her SCIII appearance, she looked like a *cough*used tramp*cough* back them.

I'm glad they didn't mess with Taki and Talim much. Though Talim's new look is more Indonesian or Malay than Filipino. (For who don't know, yes Talim is a Filipino character, her very name, "Nayong Anito ng Hangin", and most of the names of her moves are words from Tagalog/Filipino.)

Taki's, to my relief, generally unchanged.

Tira, believe it or not, they actually tone her down. I don't like the frills, but she looks good overall.

I wasn't too surprised with Sophitia at least her get up is generally period accurate.

But I cringed when I saw Seung Mina, her chest is barely covered, no Chinese woman (not even prostitutes) would look like that in the period.

And Finally Ivy. *Sigh* Y'know, for someone who's supposed to be an English noble woman, Namco sure enjoys not giving her much dignity. I admit actually I like her look in the previous two games, but sheesh, her IV look is going too far.
